Applying to job applications with your CV in the modern age is redundant.
More than a fifth (21.8 per cent) of adults aged 16-64 in the UK are not economically active, which was primarily driven by those aged 16 to 34 years, according to the ONS.

The longer the gap in employment, the more daunting it can be to start a job search. Moreover, with the recent adoption of technology within the hiring process by employers, the applicant can be left feeling demoralised through the lack of personal touch by potential employers, and like they aren't truly being seen beyond what they are able to communicate via their CV.
We propose a radically different search method that subverts the dreaded online applications and gets you directly in front of hiring managers, where you will be able to show your full self. You will never have to send another application again.

Career Consultation
The process starts with understanding your interests, alongside your strengths & weaknesses, combined with your previous experience and education. We generate and agree realistic ideas of role types and sectors that will form the basic plan of attack going forward.

Using the role types and sectors agreed, we show you how to generate a list of businesses and the correct contacts for you to reach out to, including how to gain contact information.
CV Writing
​​We run through our CV template and draw out all non-corporate and corporate experience to position it in a presentable format the employer is looking for.
Direct Outreach
The cornerstone of this process, outreach has to be well informed, well executed and succinct. We give you the tools and templates to communicate effectively and gain in-person meetings with Heads of Departments.
Interview Preparation
The key to reducing anxiety and performing well is in the preparation. We guide you on how to prepare for the meeting you have won, including who the contact is, what questions they are likely to ask and how to navigate the conversation.
Driving the Conversation Forward
An ideal 'interview' constitutes a two way conversation. One in which you are equally interested in finding out who the contact and organisation are, just as they are finding out about you. We teach you how to develop 'coffee conversations' into actual hiring processes and how to forward your agenda.

Toby trained at the award-winning Private Equity-backed search firm, Dartmouth Partners, the No.1 recruitment partner to Private Equity firms. After an early promotion, Toby set up his own desk to focus on a new proposition for Dartmouth.
He gained insight into the hiring strategies of the most competitive firms in the market, how to strengthen a candidates profile and the techniques and tools that improves the chances of getting hired.
Toby took these skills to pivot out of recruitment into Corporate Finance, where he now works as a Deal Origination Lead at a Top 30 accountancy firm within their Corporate Finance team
